Hello my birds,
It’s been quite the rollercoaster. I’ve had a complicated month of september to say the least... I’m having trouble staying positive so this post is very good for my mental health. I'm strong believer of the quote: "life gets worst before it gets better". So I'm looking out for the best part. The best is yet to come.
Without further due, you will find my list below of 5 things I'm grateful for :
1. Mr B. we have had our ups and down like every couple but in the end, I’m glad we stuck together.
2. My family and friends. I don’t honestly know how I would have gotten through this month - even past months - without them.
3. My birthday parties. I absolutely bloody loved them. It was nice and cosy. I cooked for my friends. They got to see our new flat.
4. Kind People. In general, I was blessed to talk and exchange with pretty human and helpful people. They helped me get through a few things.
5. The weather. I love how it finally is. I was getting so tired of summer. Summers here in France are so warm… I hate it.
I have to admit I was also grateful for my gym. It has been a lovely escape. Unfortunately due to Covid-19, I have been deprived from my daily dose of fitness. Can you feel how crushed I am?
I want to know how you’ve been too. Let me know what’s up. How are you feeling lately?
What are you grateful for?

Hello lovebirds! I hope you're doing very well. It's that time of the month again.
August went by so quickly. This whole year went by very fast. It was not an easy year but god, it was worth it. I have no regrets. I lived it fully. I probably didn't sleep enough and didn't eat healthy enough. In the end, who cares? When you're happy doing the things you love with your people, the rest doesn't really matter.
1. My family who was there for me all the way. We have had our ups and downs but in the end, it only brought us closer. At this time last year, it was pretty bad between us and when I look at us now... It's simply amazing.
2. My gift: Italy. It was my first - and only - big trip this year. It was the only break I could take. I had such a good time. It's the only time off I've had in over a year and a half.
3. This photoshoot. It was the first time I did something like this and my friend Sara was amazing. I'm smitten with what she did.
4. My former colleagues. Guys, if you're reading this: thank you so much for everything. I have had an amazing work year. I've been lucky enough to have amazing co-workers. They are the best thing about my old job. I'm going to miss them.
5. My friends. My birds. My incredible support system. Sometimes, I simply can't believe how lucky I am to have people checking up on me and to have such amazing nights and days with them. Having 545 birds following me is also surreal. I feel like the luckiest girl in the world. I honestly don't know how they manage to put up with my shit on a daily basis. You deserve a fucking medal.
What are you grateful for this month?
Thank you for reading and I'll see you soon ♥ x

Hello lovebirds,
I hope you're having a lovely day. I can't believe the month of July is almost over. It went by sooo fast and yet so slow. It was a big month for me. The finish line. I feel so happy it's behind me now. I feel lighter. I have decided to take this time to reflect on this past few months. It's time to be grateful. In this world, we take too much for granted. Cleary, we've all become disposable. We are always rushing, wanting, consuming. We all tend to loose focus on what matters. If this year has taught me anything it's just that.
1. I'm finally going on holidays. It has been way too long. I'm so excited to discover Milan. By the way, if you have any tips or place to recommend, I would love it!
2. Friends definitely are the family we choose. I've finally accepted that in life, you loose people and that's okay. Some people are not meant to stay in your life. They are part of your past and that's for the best. Only the best sticks around.
3. This is the end of an era for me. I've given a year of my life to the company I work for. It's the end of a chapter and I can't wait to see what's next. The unknown is something exciting. It's full of opportunities.
4. I went a bit cray-cray and got a second hand designer bag. It's one of those designer bags I've been drooling over for years. Who said I was sane?
5. Time. Time does make everything better. Smoother. Easier.
Thank you for reading and I'll see you on Thursday ♥ x

Hello my loves,
I hope you're all doing well. I'll share 5 good things with you. Is there a better way to start off this new month? I don't see it then ahaha - Nothing better than starting anything on a positive note.
1. Kind souls. I'm lucky enough to be surrounded by lovely people. I'm getting so much love and support, it feels so unreal. I guess, it's only when you're in deep shit that you get to find out who/what's real and who/what's not. My tiny lovely circle is all I need.
2. My Instagram feed. I know, it's silly but I love every moment and photos out there. It's like my best memories are saved up in one special place...
3. My wall. It's coming along. I'm still decorating my flat. One month at a time. I'm currently trying to make my white walls better. I decided to start putting up polaroids of my favourite people and special moments of my life.
4. My new leather Jacket. I've waited two years. Two fucking long years and I got it. I got my perfect leather jacket. The mother of all leather jackets. The god send leather jacket is mine. Yes, if I could marry this jacket I would.
5. Knitting. I'm terrible at knitting. I'm not going to lie, it has been a rocky road but I feel like by not giving up, I'm doing myself a favour. Whenever I have a minute I try to knit. Most of the time I mess up but I keep going... 'Cause in life and in knitting, you gotta keep going, haven't you?
The loneliest moment in someone’s life is when they are watching their whole world fall apart, and all they can do is stare blankly. What about you, what's good with you? What did I miss?

Hey lovebirds! It's the end of the month. It's that time of the month. The time to reflect on life and to be grateful for everything.
So here's what's new with me :
1. I spent a lot of time with my family. I got the chance to see an old friend as well. On overall, it has been an amazing summer. In june, I went to London with one of my best pals. On July, I got the chance to see a lot of friends and do a lot of exciting things. August has been more focus on family and work but it was good nonetheless.
2. I finally managed to go to my hairdresser. After an awful hair incident - back in January -, I'm starting to feel like myself again. It's silly I know... But your hair is a part of you. After all, they're literally attached to your body. It's still a little too short for my taste but it'll grow back. We even decided to go a little lighter than usual. I'm so happy with my hair right now! He definitely brought back - aka saved - my hair. I swear he is a magiciant!
3. I met the most unusual and unique people this month! It has been such a delight. I love meeting people and getting the chance to know their stories. It opens up new perspectives on life.
4. I definitely feel like I've changed. I can't really explain it but I've grown a lot this year. I've changed focus and grown out of some things. I've shifted. I don't see a reason to keep doing or talking to people who bring me down. Life is simply too short.
5. I've changed a few things in my bedroom. I have a new floor and a new closet. It might not be much but it does change everything. I'm absolutely in love with how my bedroom looks.
What's new with you? What are you grateful for this month? I can't wait to hear what you have to say :) Thank you for reading and I'll see you on Friday! ♥

Heey my lovelies! I think it's about time we catch up. Here’s what’s new with me lately…
1. On the first weekend of July, I went to a lovely wedding. ♡
2. I went back to my parents' house and it went better than expected.
3. I worked with a lot of lovely people to bring you more content on Serenbird this month! It was such a good experience. I was so happy to work on my blog and meet amazing people! ♡
4. I finally feel like I'm taking back my life. I've had a pretty busy and amazing month. I've been loving the end of June. It was tough, I won't lie. I went through some things but in the end, those 2 months were the best I've had this year!
5. I'm so thankful for this. My blog has become a huge part of me. I want to thank everyone who believed in me and was there with me every step of the way. I want to thank everyone who took a chance on me! A special thanks to my BFF Clara for her help, Lola for her patience and kindness, Louise for believing in me and telling me I'm a pro (sweet lies ahah), Valéry (I don't even know if you read my blog but well...) for reminding me why I began blogging in the first place but also to every brand who worked with me! You are absolute golden. I love all of you so much! I feel so incredibly lucky! To be honest, I still can't wrap my head around the idea that someone could be interested in what I've to say... Thank you for reading me and following me on this wonderful journey ♡
What has everyone been up to ? Thanks for reading ♥
Heey my lovelies! I think it's about time we catch up. Here’s what’s new with me lately…
1. I had an amazing (3rd of June) weekend. I probably ate way too much...
2. Everything is changing at the moment. Everything is moving towards the future. I'll be moving out of my current flat soon. It's equally scary and exciting.
3. I will be going to London very soon. I can't wait to be reunited with one of my favourite city ♥
4. I'm so thankful for my granny. My grandmother is my rock. She is absolute golden. She is the best thing ever. I don't know what I would do without her.
5. Blogging, I love writing and blogging in general. It's one of best thing. I couldn't thank you enough for reading me ♥ It means the world to know someone is taking the time to read what I have to say!
What has everyone been up to ? Thanks for reading ♥
New month, new opportunities.
01. I've been preparing a giveway to celebrate and honour all those years and your support of Serenbird. I can't tell you more right now but I'm sure you'll be please by what's in store :)
02. I'm spending my weekend with my bestfriend. We are going shopping. So you know, what that means....
03. In June, I'm doing a "vide dressing" - as we call it here! I'm so excited :) I've never participated to an open air jumble sale! I've been to several events like this one but I've never really been a part of it. I've also been planning a trip with one of my closest friend! I can't wait! :D
04. The year is almost over and I can't wait to be able to do what I like. I have big plans for next year and nothing that includes teaching! I feel like this year has been sooooo long. This will be
05. I'm going to try and find a job as well. I'm sooo happy about that. After spending a whole year without a job, I simply can't wait to go back out there. Anyway, as my course is over I will be able to get more blogging related things done. I'm soooo sooo cheerful about that!
Thanks for reading! ♥ And you, what are your hopes and dreams for May ? What do you wish for ? What's new with you? x
You might have noticed that I didn't blog much between the end of March and now, the begining of April. I think it's about time we catch up. Here’s what’s new with me lately…
01. At the beginning of Spring, I got some flowers from the flowers market. They were so lovely and lasted for about ten days! Nolan was very fond of it, as well.
02. My mom stayed with me for a few days. It was so good seeing her! ♥
03. I've been planning a trip to Amsterdam for about a month now. We will be leaving shortly. I'm so excited! I've never been to Amsterdam ... Actually, as you read this post, I'll probably be there.
04. Quite frankly, these last few days have had their ups and downs. I was very sick and tired but thankfully Nolan was always there to cheer me up ahaha. #catsowners I'm still pretty tired. I think I need to have a check up really soon... It took a lot of time and involved a lot of staying in bed but I feel a little better now so that's always good!
05. I got my very first - and last - piercings! I got my earrs pierced on each sides. It was a bit scary but thankfully one of my friends was there with me - to support me with my crazy ideas ♥
What has everyone been up to ? Thanks for reading ♥
