Hello my birds,
Instead of doing my favourite skincare products, I thought I would do something different. What’s more different than doing the exact opposite? I see nothing better than doing the worst skincare products I ever bought. It’s always helpful to know which products one does not recommend.
To get you started, here are a few details about my skin type and lifestyle.
First of all, I have a sensitive skin. I also have a combination skin. It means that it’s not easy for me to find products that will suit my skin. Bare in mind, if you have a different skin type, you might have a different reaction to the products I am mentioning.
As regards my lifestyle, I live in the city centre. It has a lot of pollution. It’s very windy and the climate is quite warm. We don’t really get cold winters here but we have very hot summers. I usually go to the gym at least 3 times a week. Sometimes more, sometimes less, it depends on my mood. I try to eat healthy most of the time but I will rarely say no to a pizza or a burger.
I guess I was lucky enough not to come across too many bad products for my skin. What about you?
What’s the worst item of beauty you have ever bought?

Biotherm, Aquasource hydrating gel.
First one my list is Aqua Souce hydrating gel. The texture & smell are fairly good. However, it didn’t do anything to my skin. If anything, I got a lot of acne whereas I usually don’t have much. I didn’t like it at all.Clinique all’ bout eye cream
This cream is not the worst product I have ever used but it did nothing to my dark circles. I even ended up having pink eyes. It still hydrates your eyes well. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to prevent dark circles from appearing and needs moisture.L'Oreal Paris Elvive Extraordinary Oil
L’Oréal Paris Elvive Extraordinary Oil wasn’t a good fit for my hair. I did something at first. In the beginning, they seemed a little more healthier and less dehydrated. Then after a few uses, it seemed to do nothing. My hair was greasier.Ora Paris, Argile shampoo & conditioner
I tried their Keratine range and it was amazing. This range however is pretty terrible. I have to wash my hair everyday if I use it. I would not recommend it at all. It is not nourishing at all either.I guess I was lucky enough not to come across too many bad products for my skin. What about you?

Hello my loves. I hope you're doing well. I'm back with a little review. My dear friend NADIA was kind enough to give me the opportunity to try one of her products.
This product belongs to the haircare category. What it is meant to do is to strengthen and stimulate your hair. Your hair appears shinnier and healthier with this product composed of 5 oils.
What I noticed is that it feels kind of warms when I let it on my hair. It's like you can feel the product working his magic ahahahahah. I looooove it! Joke aside, it does feel like my hair is shinnier and stronger after using it. I need to use it more in my daily routine but to be honest I've been a bit lazy lately. I lack of time and honestly I cannot be bother to spend too much time on my hair. - WHO IS WITH ME, GIRLS?
However, I try to use this every sunday. I leave it on the afternoon and then wash my hair in the evening.
I would totally recommend this product. It's quite nice and every component of this product are vegan and natural-ish. What more can a girl ask for?
Thank you for reading my lovebirds and I'll see you soon ♥ x

Hey my lovebirds! This blog is a guest post. It was written by the lovely Lou. You can find her at Body Health Love. She has a nice Hair mask recipe that I thought you might love. I'll let you discover her hair mask.
GUEST POST
Whenever my hair feels dry and dull, I use this nourishing vegan hair mask to bring it back to life. It’s really easy to make, and you probably already have most of the ingredients in your kitchen cupboard.
It contains completely natural ingredients which infuse your hair with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and protein to help make it strong, smooth and shiny. If the dry winter air also saps moisture from your skin, you can combine this DIY hair mask with one of my 5 best shampoos for a dry scalp.
Avocado
Avocado is often referred to as a power fruit thanks to its host of beneficial properties. It contains four times the amount of potassium than bananas, as well as Vitamins A, B6, D, E, a variety of minerals and folic acid.
It penetrates hair cuticles to lock in natural moisture and helps keep your strands shiny and supple. It also contains a high amount of protein which your hair needs to stay strong and healthy.
Banana
Yes, you read that right. The next time you have a soft banana hanging around, keep it for this DIY hair mask. Banana contains Vitamins A, B, C, E, potassium, folate and natural oils.
It can help smooth and soften your strands and protects your hair’s natural elasticity to avoid breakages. Massaging it into your scalp also helps remove dead skin cells, infuses your skin with nutrients and helps reduce hair loss.
Coconut Milk
Coconut milk works as a deep conditioner and natural detangler, and also has antifungal and antibacterial properties. It provides a cooling sensation on your scalp and can help fight the yeast-like fungus which causes dandruff.
Coconut milk can restore dry, damaged hair which feels brittle by nourishing from root to tip. It has excellent moisturizing properties and contains a whole range of vitamins, niacin, folate and lauric acid.
Coconut Oil
You may already be familiar with the benefits of coconut oil, as it’s one of the best multitasking hair care products nature has to offer. It contains lauric acid, Vitamins E, K and antioxidants, and can help reduce protein loss so your hair stays strong and supple.
Coconut oil is also the perfect way to protect your hair from environmental, styling and heat damage, and can also tame flyaways and frizz. It has the added benefit of working as a natural sunscreen to also protect your strands from harmful UV rays.
Olive Oil
Olive oil works as a natural emollient and can helps smooth the outer cuticles of hair fibers as well as split ends. It has rich moisturizing properties and can make your strands feel healthier, stronger and shinier.
It’s a great source of Vitamins A, E and antioxidants, and protects the natural keratin in your hair so it can seal in moisture. Rubbing a little olive oil into your scalp can also promote new hair growth and remove a buildup of sebum.
~ Ingredients
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1/2 Banana
- 50 ml Coconut Milk
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
~ Method
Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix well. The smoother you make the mixture, the easier it will be to spread through your hair and rinse out later.
Apply the mask all over your hair, working from the roots right down to the tips, and massage your scalp for a few minutes so your skin can absorb all the nutrients.
Leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes. You can either relax in the tub with a good book, or use the time to get on with other things. As it can get a bit messy, you can use a shower cap to avoid any drips.
Wash your hair with a gentle shampoo which is preferably sulfate free and thoroughly rinse your hair. If you have thick or curly hair, you might need to shampoo twice to get rid of all the mixture.
Condition and style your hair as usual. Once it’s dry, it should feel silky soft, strong and healthy.

Hello lovebirds! I recently discovered this wonderful brand called Argan Dew. Argan Dew's products are not tested on animals and doesn't contain SLS/SLES or paraban which makes them AMAZIIIING! This brand is quite new but definitely deserves more credits. I hope that this will inspire you and help you discover an amazing hair care range. Besides, I'm absolutely head over heels with their lovely packaging.
I've tried two samples from Argan Dew : a hair mask and an argan oil. Argan oil is is a key ingredient of their products. I've used both of their products for a couple of weeks now... So here's my review of Argan Dew products.
My opinion :
The first thing I noticed was the smell. I love how it smells. I left it on for about 10-15 minutes twice a week. The texture isn't too thick or too greasy. I didn't feel like my hair was greasy afterwards. I always have to wash my hair every other day so it's usually pretty greasy but this product didn't make it worst... On the contrary, my hair feels healthier and smoother. It was shinny and easy to manage.
Do I recommend this product?
Yes definitely, it's a great hair mask. I definitely want to order a full size of this product!
It's a very light oil yet it's quite moisturizing. I only applied it onto my ends. The Miraculous Hair Oil did help my damaged and dry hair. Everytime I used it my hair was sooo smooth! The smell can come off as quite strong. However, it doesn't linger on your hair for long. It nourrishes your hair without making it greasy. I couldn't be happier!
Do I recommend this product?
Yes, I like this oil as well. It's a fairly good oil.
Have you ever tried any of Argan Dew products? What's your take on Argan oil?
Thanks for reading and I will see you tomorrow! ♥
* This post is not sponsored. The products were sent to me for free. However, it contains my genuine and very own opinion.
Argan Dew Intensive Replenishing Hair Mask, full size 250ml £29.95*
Argan Dew Miraculous Argan Oil, full size 100ml £24.95*

Hello lovely people! I'm back with a new review. In this review blog, I'll try to contrast and compare (aaaahhh not that again *faints*) both products. So both hair brushes are from the British brand Tangle Teezer. The black one is the original - you can see its review here - and the pink one is the compact version of it. Anyway, now that introductions are out of the way, let's talk about these bad boys.
1. Tangle Teezer, the original.
This is going to be quicker since I've already written about it. I don't have much more to say except it's a pain to clean up. (Any tips on how to clean a tangle teezer would be welcome, ladies! thaanks) However, it's very useful and has the perfect size and shape. It's easy to use, doesn't hurt your scalp. I'm very pleased with it!
reminder : 3.5/5 - updated to : 4/5
2. Tangle Teezer, pink compact.
First of all, how can you not notice how pink and over-the-top its design is? Seriously, it's soooo unique! I usually don't really like pink but something about this pink kitty was too lovely to pass on! - In fact, I was slightly disappointed on their design options. The choice is very limited... - On the other hand, It's smaller than the original and comes with some kind of lid. So you can put it into your bag and it would be protected by said lid. Well... Sure, if it stays on... Regarding the actual use of the product, it's quite good. It doesn't feel the same as the original. I think the original is smoother but this one gets the job done quicker.
score : 4.5/5
On overall, I've grown to love my tangle teezer orignal but this new pink kitten is quite handy! What about you ? Have you tried any of the Tangle teezer ? Which one do you prefer ? I can't wait to read your comments :)
Thanks for reading and I'll see you around ♥
1. Tangle Teezer, the original.
note : 4.5/5

Hello, my beautiful birds! I went on a bit of a shopping spree for my birthday. I went a bit cray-cray at Lush and I bought everything I needed in the skincare dept. I also bought a new hair mask because the old one was empty. I wanted to try a new one (a quick review will be live in a few days!). I also got a little hair brush which I can always carry in my handbag and a toner from The bodyshop. Most of them are empty products I repurchased.
Anyway, I hope you'll enjoy this haul and thanks for reading ♥
Hello, my beautiful birds!
Tangle teezer doesn't need any introduction. I think at this point everybody has at least heard about it. This brush comes from England - so they say. It is famous all around the world and used by so many people. I think on the blogger's world there are not many people who don't use it. However, it is not cheap. Considering its price I was quite reluctant but then my former brush was on pieces so I decided to buy the brush Tangle Teezer, the original. Shortly I will tell you what I think about this brush. Is it worth the hype?
