I feel like in this world there is too much negativity. I feel like the world will tell you all the things you did wrong. It will remind you of how much you've lost. It will never tell you how good you've been, how much you've changed and how important you're.
So I want to let you know that YOU ARE IMPORTANT for me. YOU MATTER TO ME.

I read somewhere that there are 5 easy steps to Happiness :
Smile More
Think Less
Be Present
Give More
Expect Less


Yeah, I know. Like it is so easy to do. You and I both know that there is no such thing as a magic formula you can use to achieve happiness. But well, you can try doing one of those things every day. You can try to smile more. You can try to give more to people around you. Giving positive reinforcement to others is one of the best things you can do if you want to see a change. Finding the good in something is much more effective than focusing on the negative. There are so much things you could do... All you gotta do is try.
